The Alpspitz rises directly above Nesselwang, which makes it a natural first option when the weather and snow agree. There are several ways to shape the day, and the nearby lift gives us alternatives if a full winter ascent is not the sensible choice.
Still a winter mountain.The distance and ascent describe a possible route, not its difficulty on the day. We will check snow, ice, visibility and the group before turning this into a plan.
